Welcome to the Visitor SignIn System

Selecting "New Visitor" on the "Entry" tab shows the following form. Use this form to add visitors to your system. If your iPad has a camera (iPad2 and later) selecting the image at the top will show a camera. This is to take a picture of your visitor.
Repeat visitors will be available in this list so you won't have to input their information every time.
Selecting on an existing visitor will bring up a detail view including any past notes and other detailed information.
Selecting "Add a Note" will bring up the following note entry form.
As you can see, the new note is now visible in the user detail view
Checking a user in brings up the following form. These fields are all optional and the checkout time defaults to one hour from right now.
Here is a list of active visitors currently at your location. You can add set each visitor as having returned by selecting them in this view and then selecting "Return" in the user detail view (as above).
The "History" tab details history of past and present visitors, notes and informational changes.
You can download this information for further review. You'll be prompted for an email address where the CSV file can be sent.
Disallowing entry to a visitor will prevent the visitor from being able to be checked in. This setting is found on the visitor detail screen under "Allowed entry."
If you don't have a camera on your iPad, the default image will be the gray and white man with a question mark superimposed on their head.
